All submitted material is confidential, and all EditBerry editors are legally bound by the confidentiality clause in their agreement. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
Completed work is evaluated by the EditBerry team to ensure client instruction has been met. We monitor the quality of our released products and a part of this is that we request your feedback.
If you are a new user, please select the type of service required. The page will guide you to which service you need to submit your work for. Please complete all required fields on the online forms. Upon successful submission of your document, the EditBerry team will contact you and confirm your application if a pre-payment was not made, a payment request will be sent to you by email to allow for the service to commence. This process will usually take one day.
We cover a large number of subject areas, please contact us through the online facility to discuss further and any bespoke product requirements.
EditBerry can provide proof reading of your work, but cannot provide the answers to the question.
We can accept various document types including the popular .doc, docx, ppt, pptx, .bmp, .xls, .xlsx formats as well as others. If your document type is not supported, please contact us for further information.
EditBerry endeavours to deliver edited material by the requested date. On some exceptional occasion beyond our control, there may be a delay in the release of your edited work. If it is brought to our attention that there is a possibility of a delay, we will inform you immediately in advance. If the edited work does not reach you in the agreed time, please contact EditBerry immediately by email. EditBerry will refund 10% of the editing fee for each day beyond the agreed deadline.
You will receive email notification when your edited documentation is complete and will send you the document by email.
